It’s a question that’s come up several times during our board meetings and we’d love to hear your opinion! Since our inception, too many decades ago to count, we have always been known as the BC Farm Writers’ Association. However, it has not escaped our notice that the world has changed significantly since that time. Many of our members do much more than write. Our ranks include editors, journalists, photographers, podcasters, videographers and communication professionals.
So…should the name of our organization evolve to encompass the shear variety of our work? Or is writing the thread that binds us all together as a community? If you have thoughts on the subject, please drop us a line. We would love to hear what you think.
